Séjur Homes charges an asset under management (AUM) fee, sourcing fee, and management fees. For long-term rentals, the AUM fee is 0.15% per quarter, and for mixed-use vacation rentals, we charge 5% of gross revenue. These fees ensure ongoing management and performance of your investment.
